可以说是错的.中文的表达没有英文严谨,因此说同意、不同意合同是可以的.但是英文里应该这样表达：
a.如果你是审批人,应该说 Sorry,I cannot approve this contract.
b.如果你不同意某些合同条款,应该说 Sorry,I don't agree with Clause ...(或某个term or condition),而不是说不同意整个合同.
是正确的，也可表达成：I'm disagree with this contract,sorry.
