在我身边发生过许多事情，多数的都被我淡忘了，但唯独这件事情至今还令我回味无穷。
想起那件事就令我捧腹大笑。事情发生在前几天，那天晚上我们一家三口坐在桌前吃晚饭，一件意想不到的事情发生了，鹦鹉从笼子里飞出来了，多亏我眼明心快发现了它，它这时正悠闲的在窗台上散步呢!我顿时呆若木鸡，我想：我明明把鸟茏关好了啊!它怎么会飞出来呢?过了半天我才想起来要做什么，一场人鸟之战开始了。
我扔下手里的筷子，戴上妈妈的手套走向鸟笼，我刚快走到时它一下子飞了起来，这回可惨了，它竟然飞到了吸顶灯上，歪着头看着我，好象在说：来呀，来抓我啊!这下可气坏我了，这敌人也太狡猾了，急忙喊：“援兵(也就是爸爸妈妈)来帮忙抓逃犯啊!”爸爸妈妈说来了，他们也戴上手套，搬来了凳子，拿起扫帚加入到人鸟大战里来了。爸爸站在凳子上用扫帚去赶在灯上的鹦鹉，可这小家伙还挺聪明，才不那么容易被我们抓到呢，它在灯上左躲右闪的，就是不下来，最后被扫帚打着了身子，才不得不飞到笼子上去了。在笼子上蹦蹦跳跳的，还时不时的叫两声，好象在说，你抓不到我吧，嘿嘿!我气愤极了，看来还是得我亲自出马啊!我快步走到笼子边上，趁其不备一把抓住了它，哈哈!不管你多聪明还不是被我抓住了吗?可正当我得意的时候，它一下子从我手里挣脱出去了，我一看它飞到卫生间里去了，心里暗笑，小东西这回你可跑不了了，我在它后面一下子把卫生间的门给关上了，它在卫生间里来回的飞着，还不知道自己被关在了屋里了，不小心一下子撞到了门的玻璃上，摔到了地上，我快速的蹲下身子小心翼翼的把它抓起来，对它说：“这回你可跑不掉了，给我乖乖的回到你的家里去吧。”我打开笼子门，把它放了进去，然后关紧了笼子门，人鸟大战这才结束了。
通过这件事情，我明白了一个道理：人需要自由，动物也需要自由。以后我每星期要把它放出来一次，让它好好活动活动，自由的享受一下飞翔的乐趣。
