The ripple/noise voltage should remain at lessthan 350mVp-p on the oscilloscope during the test of step E.4 to E.6,
but the ripple/noise voltage we measured was about 400mVp-p which could not reach the request of test procedure.

We experienced a couple of issues while conducting test XXXX.
When the test reached step E.3.b (see attached test procedure,
“E.3.b With the DC load drawing 5.0A),LED [D1] should turn on(illuminated) within 10seconds”.However,the LED [D1] did not turned on until the 35th second.
The ripple/noise voltage should remain at less than 350mVp-p on the oscilloscope during step E.4 to E.6.However,the ripple/noise voltage measured was around 400mVp-p,which would not pass testing requirements.
Please advise how we should proceed.
国内学校学的英语语法上都没问题,但美国人一般不是这样写.

• 第二行，The LED should be turned on.而不是turn。这里应该将turn改成turned。

• 第三行，将with改成within

• 注意单词间的间隔。

“E.3.b With the DC load drawing 5.0A, the LED [D1] should turn on(illuminated) within 10seconds”,
the LED [D1] was not turned on within 10 seconds but at about 35 seconds.
