从来没听说过有这个短语

1.let sb not do sth让某人不要做某事.
2.don't let sb do sth不要让某人做某事.
第一个任何人称都可以.第二个是起始句,表示命令,要求.
从语法上说两个都没有错，但一般常用的是don't let sb do sth，很少会实用let sb not do sth的。
