Nowadays, gambling is becoming a big addiction to adults and tennagers worldwide. In Malaysia, there are news reports eveyday about people getting killed by the loan sharks. Why is that so? Because those people owe the loan sharks money. They have to borrow money as they need to fulfill their own needs - gambling. In China, the gambling game consists of Mah-jiong, it is so addictive that the people will do whatever to get the money they need to play with it. That is why in Hong Kong, the law prohibits people to play Mah-jiong. There will be a death penalty if the police catches anyone playing it. In Las Vegas, there are different type of gambling games. Poker, Roulette, slot machines and much more.
Smoking is also a very important problem that needs people to notice it notice it. Although they have candies that has a special chemical in it to prevent people from smoking, some people sill pay no heed to it. Ironically, anything that gives you benifit or pleasure will also cause you problems. Smoking can be harmful to your lungs, and it can also harm your kids and family. Scientfic results show that each year, more than 3 million people die from smoking. When they die, their lungs become black from all the smoke.
I hope that all the people that are sitting here, please, pay heed to the people that smoke or gamble. Advise them, refrain them, stop them. Let our world be a better world!
