本文通过关注废旧电池的危害、利用价值和回收状况进行了考察,发现废旧电池危害大,但是却有着重要回收价值.所以提出了有偿废旧电池回收装置的方案.本装置通过检测系统检测电池真伪,单片机收集信号并控制步进电机,步进电机输出动力给硬币推出装置,从而实现预定要求.该设计结构简单,成本低,制作使用方便.可避免旧电池对环境的危害,保持环境清洁卫生,提高人们的环保意识.关键词：废旧电池,传感器,单片机,步进电机,推出装置

This paper pays attention to hazard of waste battery recycling,utilization value and the status of the study,found that waste batteries harm is great,but it had important value of recycling.So put paid to scrap battery recycling device solutions.The device through a detection system for detecting battery authenticity,single-chip collection of signal and control the stepper motor,stepper motor output power to coin roll device,thereby achieving a predetermined requirements.The design has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,convenient manufacture and use.To avoid the old battery of environmental hazards,to keep the environment clean,raise people's awareness of environmental protection.Key words:waste battery,sensor,single-chip computer,stepping motor,launch device

This paper focus on the dangers of used batteries, use value and recycling status, the author finds that the harm used batteries, but it had important recovery value. So put forward for used batteries recycling equipment solutions. This device through the detection system test battery authenticity, microcontroller collect signals and controlling the step motor, step motor output power to launch device COINS, so as to achieve the intended purpose. The design of simple structure, low cost, make easy to use. Can avoid the harm of the old battery to the environment, keep the environment clean sanitation, raise people's awareness of environmental protection.
