Many scientists believe that breakfast is the most important meal during the day.However,people living in modern cities often omit it because they are too busy to have one.As a matter of fact,it is necessary for them to have breakfast.If they have not enough time to prepare it in the morning,they can do it the night before.If the time on the night is even unavailable,they can consider eating something while working,for it is more or less better than nothing in their body.
