WTO dispute settlement mechanism in the WTO is the core of the system.Its goals for the promotion of WTO to ensure that the trade interests of the Member States,as well as binding national trade policy plays an important role.Since the formation of WTO members has been generally accepted in the international trade dispute settlement an important role to play as well as countries in resolving international trade disputes in the future the main way.However,my time is not long since WTO accession,WTO dispute settlement mechanism of the lack of deep understanding of treatment in international trade disputes,often at a disadvantage.This article focuses on WTO dispute settlement mechanism of the review process,WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism in WTO system and the importance and role of countries of the WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism to study,analyze impact and restricting our use of WTO dispute settlement mechanism of the factors objectively that my use of the mechanism are still many problems and these problems of the use of WTO dispute settlement mechanism of China's choice of response measures and strategies.How effective use of WTO dispute settlement mechanism to ensure that our international trade activities smoothly.
