Green-Circle Trails：These trails are for beginners and novice skiers and snowboarders. They are gentler slopes than blue and black trails, usually with flatter terrain. Snowboarders may need to skate in some areas of green trails.
Lifties：Chair lift operators who make sure skiers and snowboarders safely board and exit chair lifts.
Mashed Potatoes：Snow that is dense and wet, like mashed potatoes.
Moguls：These are large bumps in the snow that riders may create as they push snow to the side on their runs down. Ski resorts may also create mogul runs for advanced and expert trails, which features a series of large bumps that look like golf balls.
