英语中有几种句子结构：
1.主系表：主语+is（are）+表语,例：I'm at home now!(我现在在家）对home提问,即可用：Where are you 例：He is at his office now!(他现在正在他的办公室）对office提问,可用：Where is he?
2.主谓宾：主语+do/does(实意动词）+宾语,例：He goes to hopital everyday.对hospital提问,即可用：Where does he go everyday?如果把上句换成I,则问句中does换成do,单数第三人称中实意动词用单数第三人称形势.
对于你的补充,我再来说一下,首先,come是实意动词,在句子中不能再有be动词（am,is,are),当变成疑问句的时候,提出一个助动词do,由于句子中为单数第三人称,所以用does；第二句话,之所以用了is,是因为这个疑问句中没用动词,from是一个介词短语做表语.所以这里用了be动词（is）.但是这两句话的本意是没什么区别的,都是你从哪里来!
