To keep health is very important.How to keep health is a attention problem at present.People always gets ill by mouth,so i think to keep a health diet is the first important thing.If you want to have a good health body you need to eat more vegetables,fruit,bean and some other green food.
If you have a good health body,you won't easy catch a cold or other illness.So to do more exercise is good for health.You can do some morning exercise,play table tennis,play baskeball and so on.
To sleep well and have a good mood are very necessary.You'll need to persevere if you want to have a healthy body.

How can we keep health
Everyone hope to have a healthy body and live a better life,but how to keep a healthy body?
First I think ,it is decided by what we eat everyday,as we know,different kings of vegetables can be the supplements of various elements,and meat can supply the protains in our body.So we should form a good habbit of eating,don't be particular about your food.
Second,we should have a regular life,go to bed on time,and also get up early every day.Don't be lazy.Do exercises orderly,at least two or three times every week.
At last,have an optimistic attitude towards life,be happy every moments.
All in all,what I have mentioned above are not separate,only when we do these clearly can we have a good health.
