In view of the specific purpose for which the financial statements have been prepared, comparative figures and cash flow statement, which would be required in general purpose financial statements prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standard ("IAS") 1 "Presentation of Financial Statements", have not been presented. The Company has not prepared consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standard ("IAS") 27 "Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements".
