两个介词是可以连用的,在语法中叫做"二重介词"比如:

所以可以.
on不是副词
Haikou is the first place we go,then Sanya.
介词是不可以连用的。上面例句中on不是介词。
类似的例子很多，如be about to doing
move on是一个词组，不能把on单独拆分作为一个介词出来对待，此处不能理解为两个介词连用。
如果是两个单纯的介词，肯定是不能连用的。
