A,needn't have done“本没有必要做某事”指的是那件事你已经做过了.
有B,C这两种用法,都表示“没有必要做某事”但没有包含“已经做过了”这一含义.
这是个对过去的虚拟用a bc都是指过去怎么样是事实 不能表示虚拟
好像没有过去式的这种表达方法。。
一般就用。。。
you don't have to do..
you don't need to do...
BC都是过去时，应该用A过去完成时。
