should the parents help their children hunt for job?
Recent years,as the university graduates increase,the graduates face more fierce competition during job hunting.survey show that a host of them can not find a job that satisfy their desires.the reason for this situation nothing less than the talent is relatively rare,the employer are likely to hire the most excellent.this is what is known as “the survival of the fittest.”then the parents can not help using their interpersonal relationship to hunt for desirable job for their children. However, should the children accept their parents’ help? Some people think that as long as their parents could help them to get a satisfactory job, why not accept happily? if the parents have a well interpersonal relationship,they could not make great effort.Just as the popular saying goes: having a ability father make you struggle less than thirty years. In our society the fact is right like this,your own ability is not primary,if you have a good social relationship,you could stand on a higher start point. While others claim that one person should hunt for job completely by theirselves.they who acquired a well job by their parents should feel ashamed. they believe that one person should exert himself/herself to acquire a survival skill.then depend on the skill he/she sure to get a ideal job.though their parents have well interpersonal relationship to help them,they still refuse their kindness. they theirselves could get a job which they like completely. Personally,I am can not agree with neither of the points.I think our own ability is primary,but parents interpersonal relationship is also useful for us. Acquiring a survival skill is really important ,however well interpersonal relationship could provide us a higher start point. No matter we have parents’help,enhance our own ability is the first to be affected.with parents’ help, we could stand higher.it is just like gilding refined gold,.without it,we should work harder and harder.complaining about the unfair of the society is useless at all except for angrying yourself. anyway,enhancing youeself is more effective than complaining.
