In respect of the shipment of Iron Ore that does not meet the Fe specifications set forth in Clause 3 the price referred to in Clause 4 shall be adjusted in accordance with Fe content as determined pursuant to the provisions of Clause 9 as follows:
BONUS: The base price shall be increased by USD1.00/DMT for each 1% Fe above 63.5% up to 66.00%, fractions pro-rata.
